Our demolition team specialises not just in the demolition of the entire building but in the interior strip out as well. Is this gramatically correct?

PS. This is for a demolition page.

I would say yes it is grammatically correct.

You could add a hyphen in 'strip-out'.

You could also say, Our demolition team specialises not just in the demolition of entire buildings but also in interior strip-outs.

Thank you. Just for further clarification, would it be wrong without hyphen?
