In recent years, due to the advent of technologies, people could be able to read books through tablets and electronic devices. Therefore, it is generally believed that people would have a tendency to read online newspapers and books instead of reading those traditional ones. Indeed, it should be agreed that reading online through devices might lead to this result due to overwhelming benefits which is brought from doing it.

First of all, it is obviously that reading through some tablets is extremely convenient. Readers could easily find their favorite books within a second by searching it online instead of walking around a bookstore in order to look for them. One of a good example is when using ebook readers, people can choose to read a book without being worried whether it has been sold out or not. In fact, they would approach to newspapers and books faster by using those electronic devices.

Last but not least, there are a tremendous number of books and newspapers online and some of them are free. Therefore, people would not have to pay money for reading some specific books as well as being able to read plethora of newspapers. Hence, they might save their budget in the long run. For instance, people can read up-to-date newspapers from some websites such as BBC, CNN or look for some books at Wattpad, an app which provides various kinds of books and all of them are available to read without paying. Obviously, online newspapers and books, in some cases, would help readers save their money.

In conclusion, because of many advantages that technologies could bring to readers, it is assumed that those traditional newspapers and books might be replaced by online newspapers and books. Indeed, the convenience and availability of reading through tablets without spending money might be two of the major factors lead to the disappearance of these printed things.

Good job. I think the question is not great, which made it difficult to answer. Just because you can read books and newspapers online, it doesn't mean that they are free. While you can read many news articles for free, many newspapers such as the NY Times offer a subscription.

You can read many classics for free, but generally you need to pay for new book releases, whether is a printed or digital book.
