Circuit boards are designed in several steps. The given diagram illustrates the various steps involve in preparing a complete embedded circuit board. Overall, three types of testing are performed before delivering the final product to factories. However, If any fault is detected, then quality control department and final testing teams decide whether to throw away components, or solder again.

First of all, Circuit boards material is delivered and a procedure of designing PCB begins, involving steps of cleaning, cutting, and spraying with a fire retardant. Once, these steps are accomplished, the process of soldering and Integrated chips attachment is initiated. In this process, components, such as capacitors are mounted on the embedded board and soldered. After this,circuit boards are inspected visually and quality control department ensure quality and decide whether to send for final testing or not. During testing, if countered any error, then faulty components are either thrown away or solder again and this process is continued until it meets the quality and pass final test. Finally, circuit board is packed and deliver to companies.
