The Council of Second Language Programs in Canada (CSLP)
The Council of Second Language Programs in Canada (CSLP) is an association that represents post-secondary institutions offering intensive language training in English or French. Its member institutions include some of the best known universities and colleges in Canada.
The Council member institutions have high-quality programs, well-trained, professional instructors and years of experience in language teaching. In addition, the universities and colleges are all fully accredited and supervised by the provincial Ministries of Education.
The principal objectives of the Council are the promotion of its language programs and teaching excellence. All members conform to the standards defined by the CSLP general assembly.
If you decide to study at a public university or college in Canada, choosing a program at a CSLP institution gives you assurance that it will be an institution offering quality language programs and teaching excellence.
