• Maintain and provide high quality language training and related services and accommodation services (if applicable).
  
  
• Provide accurate information on programs, services, fees and policies in all promotional material and publicity.
  
  
• Honour, with respect and without restriction, all representations made to students and their representatives and all agreements entered into with students and their representatives.
  
  
• Ensure that all teachers and other staff have education, training and experience appropriate for their positions.
  
  
• Use and adhere to ethical business practices at all times.
  
  
• Settle promptly and equitably all customer complaints.

CAPLS is an associate member (non-trading) of ALTO, the Association of Language Travel Organisations.
